Why Craigslist is a great company
Lizz and I started looking for apartments. Last time we looked, I reported a few scammers/sketchy listings to customer support at Craigslist and had a few exchanges with Craig. I just sent this one directly to him and he got back to me in less than 10 minutes, AFTER fixing the problem WHILE he was on the road. That’s customer service!

At SXSW this year, Erica, Chris and I ended up walking directly behind Mr. Newmark for a few blocks in downtown Austin. I wanted to introduce myself and engage in a little hero worship and ask some questions, but I decided to be polite and let the man get where he was going. Yes, I’m a dork.
